About the event
The tour will explore the history of the former church and cemetery. The cemetery serves as the final resting place for seven African American Civil War veterans. Both sites are included in the Cumberland County register of historic places, the National Register of Historic Places and received a Pennsylvania State Historic M
arker in 2025.
